We can reproduce a logo, an image or a text with great precision on filled chocolates or chocolate slabs. The element to be reproduced is worked on the computer and printed with food coloring on a transfer sheet covered with a thin layer of cocoa butter. The print is then transferred to filled chocolates or chocolate slabs.
For excellent results, it is recommended to reproduce the image on a white chocolate background or plate. Printing is also possible on milk chocolate for images with good contrast.
Ideally, we work from good quality photos or images in JPG format that you can send to us by email at info@ericochocolatier.com .
Manufacturing times can be quite short (2 to 7 days depending on quantities), except during holiday periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter) when longer lead times must be expected.

Note: The chocolate printing technique is not perfect and some chocolates may have slight visual defects. For quantities of 96 chocolates and less, we can guarantee good results for a minimum of 20 chocolates per mold of 24. Minimum order: 1 mold of 24 chocolates.
Presentation of filled chocolates: The chocolates are placed together in a pastry box. If you wish to offer these chocolates in a gift box, a supplement is applicable and varies depending on the type of box and the format chosen. Please contact us for more details.
