How It Works

How do our workshops work?

1. A warm welcome

We welcome you to our workshop-store at 634 rue St-Jean in Quebec, with one of our delicious hot chocolates.

2. Introduction

Then begins an introduction to the origin and production of chocolate, accompanied by a tasting of premium single-origin chocolates.

3. Practice

Then comes the time for practice: demonstration of classics such as truffles, ganache, almond paste, discovery of Érico fillings.

4. Tasting

Enjoy and take home your delicious creations of the day!
