The Fudge and Cream Sugar
The very first products marketed by Érico in 1987. The recipes haven't changed since: Rich, melt-in-your-mouth squares of chocolate fudge or cream fudge!
Classic Chocolate Cake
The ultimate chocolate lover's dream. A traditional, moist double-decker cake with Dutch and extra raw cocoas (recipe taken from an old recipe book belonging to Érico's grandmother), topped with a rich, creamy icing whose secret recipe we treasure, so inimitable is it!
Idéal comme gâteau d'anniversaire, le Gâteau Classique au chocolat est disponible sur commande (minimum 24 heures à l'avance) dans deux formats: 8 pouces (10 -15 portions) et 9 pouces (12 à 18 portions). Il est aussi vendu à la pointe en boutique.
The Chocolate Cupcakes
Made with the same dough as our Classic Chocolate Cake, these enchanting little cakes are filled with fleur de sel caramel, raspberry purée or chocolate fondant. They are then covered with a rosette of milk, white or extra-bitter chocolate ganache.

Érico's Entremets
Offer an Érico entremet at the end of a meal to bring it to a memorable close! These delicious entremets are made with quality products: chocolate, fruit purée, whipped cream...
Your choice:
"Nuances" (64% chocolate with raspberry-cassis mousse and chocolate cookie),
"Royal" (64% chocolate mousse with a feuilletine praline crunch and a dacquoise cookie),
"Trois Chocolats" (white, milk and dark chocolate mousse with chocolate cookie)
Same-day ordering is generally possible.
Entremets Érico are available in several formats: single portion, 6 portions, 10-12 portions, 15-18 portions. Larger sizes can be ordered 4-5 days in advance. For the holiday season, entremets are available as Christmas "logs".

This French pastry staple is showcased in its original recipe: a beautiful choux pastry, a delicious 64% chocolate custard and a dark chocolate glaze.

Érico's Tender Chocolate Biscuits
Fresh from the oven every morning, Érico cookies are just the right amount of softness, just the right amount of sweetness, and bursting with tasty chocolate chunks. A variety of more than 15 different cookies is offered in rotation.

Tasty Brownies and Blondies
Chocolate lovers will be delighted with our extra-bitter chocolate brownies, our classic walnut and bittersweet chocolate brownies, or our mouth-watering three-chocolate blondies. Brownies and blondies are sold individually or in boxes of 4 or 8 pieces.
The Extra-bitter chocolate Moelleux
It's impossible to resist this warm little cake with a heart of melting chocolate. Made with extra-bitter 72% cocoa chocolate from Belgium, it will melt the heart of any chocoholic from the very first bite!
Preparation: Place in a preheated oven at 350° F. for 18 minutes if frozen, or 14 minutes if refrigerated, and serve immediately afterwards.
The Irresistible original chocolate macaroons
Made using traditional European methods, these delicate cocoa and almond powder cookies are filled with: a rich ganache of extra bitter chocolate 75% from Tanzania, passion fruit ganache and milk chocolate 40% jivara (Valrhona), milk chocolate ganache 40% jivara (Valrhona) and Earl grey tea. They're sure to delight your taste buds!
